As one of the key builders of the organization, he helped establish the vision, culture, and even the name that represents the academy today. Over the past six years, his dedication behind the scenes has been instrumental in the growth and professionalism of the organization.

From organizing the annual 8th Grade All-Star Game to helping coordinate and execute the highly anticipated Rising Stars Bowl, Coach Randy has consistently ensured that events are structured, efficient, and impactful for student-athletes and their families. His attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to smooth event operations have helped elevate the overall experience of every platform connected to Move the Chains Academy.

Beyond event planning, Coach Randy has been a trusted leader and driving force within the organization, helping transform Move the Chains Academy into a household name throughout parts of the Northeast football community. Now based in Pennsylvania, he continues to expand the organization’s reach and spread awareness of the academy’s mission as it continues to grow across the region. His passion for creating opportunities for young athletes remains a major part of the foundation and future of the organization.
