Director of Underclassmen Challenge
Coach Edmond Wilson, better known as Coach Ed, officially joined Move the Chains Academy towards the end of 2025 and has quickly become one of the most valuable pieces of the organization. With over 20 years of experience in youth and high school football, Coach Ed brings leadership, knowledge, and passion that continues to impact both our staff and student-athletes in a major way.
Since joining the organization, he has taken on several important responsibilities, serving as the Director of the Underclassmen Challenge while also playing a huge role in the success and growth of the Rising Stars Bowl. In addition, Coach Ed stepped up tremendously with the Move the Chains Academy 8th Grade All-Star Game, helping organize, lead, and create memorable experiences for the athletes and families involved.
Beyond evens and operations, Coach Ed has been heavily involved in helping Move the Chains athletes navigate the college recruitment process. His experience, relationships, and ability to mentor student-athletes have helped provide guidance and opportunities for many young players looking to take the next step in their football journey.
Coach Ed is not only versatile and dependable, but also inspiring, talented, and deeply committed to the mission of Move the Chains Academy. His energy, vision, and willingness to serve have already made a lasting impact on the brand, and he will undoubtedly be one of the major reasons Move the Chains Academy continues to grow and reach the next level in the years to come.
