Christina is a huge part of the operational backbone of Move the Chains Academy. From the moment an event begins until the very last piece of equipment is packed away, she is there making sure everything runs smoothly and professionally. Whether it’s setup, breakdown, organizing volunteers, directing helpers, or handling behind-the-scenes responsibilities, Christina takes pride in making sure every detail is handled with care. She is often one of the first faces families, athletes, coaches, and guests see when they arrive, and her friendly personality and welcoming energy immediately make people feel comfortable and appreciated.

Her organization, communication skills, and ability to stay composed under pressure help keep our events structured and efficient. Christina is not only dependable, but also incredibly creative and smart, always finding ways to improve operations and help Move the Chains Academy continue to grow. She consistently goes above and beyond in ways that many people may not always see, but her impact is felt throughout every event and program we host. Her dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of our team and Move the Chains Academy would not be the same without her.
