THE MTCA MISSION
Based in the Greater New York City area with reach beyond the Tri-State, we’re able to have a positive impact on young athletes’ lives from an early start. At Move The Chains Academy (MTCA), we provide proper athletic training, travel 7v7 programs, college recruiting, tours, extracurricular education, and more for our student-athletes.
National 7v7 teams
MTCA’s National 7v7 teams feature development, community-based events, competition, training and exposure to some of the best athletes in the country.
8th grade all-star game
We give the top 50 best 8th grade student-athletes in NYC & Long Island a chance to play against the best in their class before they go off to high school.

strength and conditioning
During the off-season we have a strength and conditioning program for student athletes ages 13 - 18. We meet 3 days a week for 2 hours each day.
